• Brinkworth presents snow show; an on-line celebration of snow related stuff to coincide with the snow show by Kim Jenkins, Louise Melchior and Kavel Rafferty at The fleapit gallery, London.

    The blog will be updated weekly with snowy reference material… Images, postcards, drawings, photographs (old and new), animation, short film, written word, found things, illustration and anything else contributors choose to submit.

    Snow; a precipitation in the form of ice crystals, mainly of intricately branched, hexagonal form and often agglomerated into snowflakes, formed directly from the freezing of the water vapor in the air.

Louise Melchior

Louise developed a love for snow during her childhood in Denmark. She has never stopped finding snow magical, fascinated with how snow affects sight and sound and alters the well known. Louise’s photographs are a product of how she sees her surroundings; snow is a subject that she keeps coming back to.
